SUBURBAN BALANCE

L.E.A.D Academy

Preparing the next generation of leaders, entrepreneurs, and advocates through hands-on learning, mentorship, and real-world opportunities.

ABOUT THE PROGRAM

Developing Future Leaders & Entrepreneurs

Suburban Balance created the L.E.A.D. Academy (Leadership, Entrepreneurship & Advocacy Division) to equip students with the knowledge, confidence, and practical skills needed to succeed in today’s world.

The academy introduces students to entrepreneurship, financial literacy, leadership development, advocacy, and career readiness while helping them build a strong foundation for future success.

Through mentorship, workshops, networking opportunities, and hands-on experiences, participants gain valuable insight into business ownership, personal finance, community leadership, and economic empowerment.

L.E.A.D. Academy helps students understand that success is not simply about starting a business—it’s about creating opportunities, solving problems, building wealth responsibly, and becoming leaders who positively impact their communities.
