Suburban Balance connects students to job training programs, apprenticeships, technical institutes, skilled trade and certification programs as well as help them identify and land scholarships and other community resources that help them build clear pathways to education, employment and careers.
By partnering with these programs that specialize in workforce development, we make it easier for students and adult learners to explore opportunities, gain practical skills, and prepare for in-demand careers such as construction, healthcare, information technology, welding, electrical, industrial and manufacturing, helping participants move toward stable, rewarding careers. We also offer real world learning opportunities by partnering with companies to help students land internships and more. Our goal is to support students on their career paths and show them that there is an array of different pathways to success.
