Leveraging the power and influence of the Suburban Balance Lift Her Up Movement comprised of 2,000 plus women, to help women Entrepreneurs sustain and scale/grow their businesses …For nearly 10 years, The Suburban Balance LIFT HER UP Movement has led to lasting Economic Impact for hundreds of women Entrepreneurs who utilize this platform to generate significant sales and build relationships!
For example; many entrepreneurs have said it’s been a game changer in their business and many have said it’s their biggest one day sales generator! Several have made thousands at lift Her Up. But the long-term lasting impact can be found in the relationships that are built which means referrals and continued business long after the event ends.

Entrepreneurship Support Workshops & Connection
The LIFT HER UP MOVEMENT…is a catalyst for economic mobility and opportunity, specifically in the Kansas City region, by building a robust ecosystem for women entrepreneurs.
It offers a chance for entrepreneurs to secure long-term business opportunities and provide support for Entrepreneurs: The movement is designed to address the lack of support faced by women entrepreneurs, creating a network to build peer support. The annual gathering has grown from a 50-person gathering into a large gathering of over 2,000 women, a robust platform that focuses on cultivating an ecosystem for women business owners that now offers support workshops to help women entrepreneurs sustain and grow!

At Suburban Balance, we’re building the mindset, skillset and knowledge of girls to help them be successful now and in the future! Through programming initiatives like the Lift Her Up Girl’s Movement, we are able to bring college and career programming to Girls all across the KC metro in a way that is fun, engaging and uplifting! Lift Him Up Movement for Men and Young Boys
Suburban Balance is helping to build the mindset, skillset and knowledge of boys all across KC! Suburban Balance provides opportunities for boys to be exposed to various educational and career opportunities to assure them there is more than one pathway to economic mobility! At Suburban Balance we are teaching the essential competencies that help young men prepare to be academically successful in both school and in life, now and in the future. We are also helping to shape the behaviors of young men and expose them to real word learning and much more! Suburban Balance helps students access College and complete college; we help connect them to workforce development resources and training programs and skilled trades.
